SMITH, Circuit Judge.
The complainant, a citizen of Maine, filed its bill against the defendant, a municipal corporation in the state of Colorado, alleging that it was 'the owner and holder of 62 county warrants of Grand county, issued at various dates from October 3, 1882, to January 8, 1890, amounting, without interest, to $2,007.13; that each of said warrants was presented for payment to the county treasurer of said county, not paid for want of funds, and duly registered.
