OPINION

SWEET, District Judge.

Plaintiffs Angela Boggs, Kimberly Hawkes, Staci Pollard, and Rhonda Roen-feldt (collectively, the “Plaintiffs”) have moved for partial summary judgment pursuant to Rule 56, Fed.R.Civ.P., against defendants pro se Patrick Kelly (“Kelly”), Colin Walsh (“Walsh”), and Matt Tortoso (“Tortoso”) on Count Ten of the complaint alleging defamation and libel per se. The motion is denied as to Kelly and Walsh for the reasons set forth below.
