GLASSMAN, Justice.
Charles Jacques appeals from the judgment of the Superior Court, Cumberland County, entered on a jury verdict finding him guilty of two counts of burglary, 17-A M.R.S.A. § 401 (1983 & Supp.1987), and one count of criminal mischief, 17-A M.R. S.A. § 806 (1983). Jacques raises five issues for our consideration. We reject his contentions that he was denied a fair trial by prosecutorial misconduct, that the evidence is insufficient to support the convictions, and that the court erred in its instructions on criminal mischief and in denying his motions for the court’s recusal and…
