Plaintiff-Appellee/Cross-Appellant Diane C. Mclnnis (“Mclnnis”) filed this employment discrimination suit against her former employer, Defendant-AppellanVCross-Appellee Fairfield Communities, Inc., d/b/a Fairfield Resorts (“Fair-field”), claiming retaliation in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 2000e (“Title VII”). A jury found Fairfield liable and judgment was entered in her favor, awarding her $90,000 in back pay, $38,000 in compensatory damages, and $167,000 in punitive damages.
