OPINION

Taber, J.:
Petitioner, A. Grant Miller, has instituted this proceeding for a review by this court of the action of the board of governors of Nevada state bar finding him guilty of unprofessional conduct and recommending that his license to practice law be revoked, and that he be forever disbarred from practicing law in this state.
