This case arises from a complaint filed by Ecology Services, Inc., appellant, in the Circuit Court for Frederick County against Robert Volkert, Kenneth Eubanks, Jerriel Neloms, and Osborne Raymond, all former employees of appellant, and Clym Environmental Services, LLC (“Clym”), appellees.
