This is. a suit for Workmen’s Compensation brought by the widow of William Harris, who was killed in a fall while painting one of the smokestacks alleged to belong to defendant Louisiana State Normal College, hereinafter referred to as the college. The petition sets out that plaintiff’s husband was earning, at the time of his death, $15 per day or $90 per week. Plaintiff prayed for service upon the college, through Y. L.
