Lovins, Judge:
The Circuit Court of Ohio County, of its own motion, has certified certain questions arising upon its action in sustaining the joint and several demurrers of defendants to plaintiff’s original and amended bills.' The direct ques tion involved on this certification is whether The Peerless Department Stores, Inc., exercised an exclusive option, for the purchase of business property in Wheeling, reserved to it in a lease covering such premises, within the time provided therefor.
