Lively, Judge:

Plaintiff on June 18th, 1919, by written contract, leased a house and lot in the City of Beckley from defendant F. M. Cook for a term ending the 1st day of March, 1920, with right to renew for a period of sis month, and paid therefor $26.67 and agreed to pay $20.00 per month as rental. In the'lease contract, which is under seal, is found the following stipulation: "It is mutually agreed between the parties hereto that if this property is sold, that on 30 days notice said second party will vacate same, provided that said second party shall have the right and option to purchase…
