The question in this case relates to the support and maintenance of a minor child.
On April 8, 1921, plaintiff and defendant were marriqd.
On Ma'y 6, 1929, the parties, in contemplation of a divorce being granted, entered into an agreement and property settlement. On May 13, 1929, the district court of Woods county granted plaintiff in error a decree of divorce and confirmed said agreement. Subsequently, on August 18, 1929, a child of said marriage was born. His name is Richard D. Hart. The mother has had his custody.
