MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
KEITH STARRETT, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court on the Defendant HansaWorld USA, Ine.’s (“Han-saWorld USA”) Partial Motion to Dismiss or, in the Alternative, for Summary Judgment (“Motion to Dismiss”) [69], and the Defendant HansaWorld Holding Limited’s (“HansaWorld Holding”) Motion to Dismiss [94]. Having considered the submissions of the parties, the record, and the applicable law, the Court finds that both motions should be granted.
