Appellant brought this suit against appellees, Grand Lodge, Independent Order of Odd Fellows of Indiana and Rebekah Assembly, Independent Order of Odd Fellows of Indiana, to quiet title to certain real estate in Tipton *326County, Indiana. The issues were formed by a general denial to the first paragraph of the amended complaint, which is in the usual short form and alleges that the plaintiff is the owner in fee simple of the real estate therein described.
