The appellee Lincoln National Bank and Trust Company of Fort Wayne, as trustee under the last will of George W. Lowe, deceased, as plaintiff, filed a bill in the nature of a bill of interpleader, setting forth that such trustee had administered the various funds coming into its hands and had made distribution thereof to the various legatees in accordance with the will, but that a question had arisen under Item 2 of said last will as to the bequest made of a part of the residuary estate to “Allen County Orphans’ Home in Allen County, Indiana, one-tenth,” and setting forth that there remained…
