MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

NEWBLATT, District Judge.

This is an action brought pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981 and 1988, and M.C.L.A. § 37.2101 et seq. *31alleging racially discriminatory employment policies and practices. Plaintiff will seek class certification. The action is presently before the Court on a discovery matter.
