Presently before the Court is Defendants’ motion to dismiss Plaintiffs’ First Amended Consolidated Complaint (“FACC”) pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 12(b)(1), 12(b)(6), and 9(b), brought by Defendants Sony Corporation of America (“SCA”), Sony Electronics Inc.
