While in the course of his employment with the defendant coal company on February 11, 1925, the claimant in this workmen’s compensation case met with an accident, necessitating the amputation of his right leg above the knee. In compliance with a compensation agreement, drawn under the provisions of section 306 (c) of the Workmen’s Compensation Act of June 2, 1915, P. L. 736, as amended April 13, 1927, P. L. 186, 77 PS §513, he was paid $12 per week for the definite term of 215 weeks therein specified for tho loss of his leg. This period expired April 6, 1929, but the…
