In an action pursuant to RPAPL article 15 to determine title to real property, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (D’Amaro, J.), dated January 3, 1985, which denied its motion for summary judgment and granted the defendant’s cross motion to dismiss the complaint.
Order affirmed, without costs or disbursements.
