—In an action pursuant to RPAPL article 15 to determine title to real property, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Gerard, J.), dated November 30, 1992, which denied his motion for summary judgment and granted the defendant’s cross motion to dismiss the complaint as untimely.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, without costs or disbursements.
