The questions presented for review on this appeal deal solely with the first cause of action set forth in the complaint. It is there alleged that plaintiff, Kiamesha *383Development Corp., obtained title to the premises in question by a deed from plaintiff Slud recorded July 23, 1947, and that Slud purchased the premises from defendant H. B. G, Holding Corporation by a deed recorded June 19, 1947.
