Petitioner Juan Guamanrrigra, a native and citizen of Ecuador, seeks review of a September 21, 2010, decision of the Board of Immigration Appeals (“BIA”), affirming the September 23, 2009, decision of an Immigration Judge (“U”) denying his application for cancellation of removal and ordering him removed.
