Robert E. Quinn, Chief Judge:

In January 1957 the accused cashed a $30.00 check in a supermarket. The check was drawn by him on a nonexistent account. On August 23, he confessed to his misconduct. About two weeks later he cashed a check payable to himself in the amount of $25.00. The signature on the check was a forgery and that fact was known to the accused. A few days later the accused paid for gasoline purchased by him with a check for $3.15 drawn on a nonexistent account.
