Preliminary Statement

Plaintiff filed his complaint herein on January 13, 1967. The named defendants, on January 26, 1967, filed a general and special demurrer to each cause of action of the complaint and a motion to strike. Upon hearing, the court sustained the ' general demurrer as to each of the three causes of action set forth in the complaint, with 10 days leave to amend.
