Defendants Ralph Bebee (“Bebee”), Edmund Barr (“Barr”), Amy Tousignant (“Tousignant”), George Watersin (“Water-sin”), and Donna Masterson (“Masterson”) (collectively, “Defendants”) have moved pursuant to Rule 59(e), Fed.R.Civ.P., and Rule 6.3 of the Local Rules of Civil Procedure for reconsideration of that portion of this Court’s opinion, dated February 23, 2006 (the “February 23 Opinion”), which denied Defendants’ Rule 12(c) motion, dated January 31, 2005, for judgment on the pleadings to dismiss the state-law negligence cause of action of Plaintiff Terry…
