The plaintiff’s original bill in this case was dismissed. The dismissal was affirmed by the Court of Appeals April 9, 1912. See 195 Fed. 528, 115 C. C. A. 491. Under permission given in the mandate filed here July 13, 1912, the plaintiff has so amended its bill as to limit the relief therein asked to relief of the character indicated by the Court of Appeals in its opinion above cited. It has also filed a supplemental bill complaining of an advertisemerit put forth by the defendant in August, 1912, as a further violation of the rights which it claims in the name…
