[1] On March 7, 2012, Appellant-Plaintiff Dr. Bertram A. Graves, M.D. filed a second amended complaint against Appel-lees-Defendants Indiana University Health, f/k/a Ciarían Health Partners, Inc., Dr. Richard Kovacs, M.D., and Dr. Edward Ross, M.D. (collectively, “the Appel-lees”). In the second amended complaint, Dr. Graves raised claims of breach of contract, violation of his civil rights, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
