This is an appeal from tbe district court of Coal county wherein, on September 22, 1919, tbe plaintiff in error, Roy Hudson, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was convicted of tbe crime of manslaughter in tbe first degree, and his punishment assessed at a term of four years’ imprisonment in the state penitentiary.
