This is a direct appeal proceeding from a judgment of the District Court of Natrona County entered April 21,1948 (rendered April 20, 1948) declining to modify the terms of a former judgment entered January 3, 1941 (rendered December 5, 1940) in an action between the same parties as are involved in the present litigation which earlier judgment granted the plaintiff in this action, Mildred T. Buchler, a divorce and dissolved the marriage relation existing between her and the defendant therein, Clifford C. Buchler, allowed her a certain sum of money per month to be…
