MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
ST. EVE, District Judge.
Plaintiffs allege that Defendants engaged in a scheme to deceive and defraud the investing public as to the true value of Tellabs, Inc.’s (“Tellabs”) common stock. Plaintiffs contend that Defendants carried out this scheme, in part, by making misrepresentations about Tellabs’ current financial condition and future prospects. According to Plaintiffs, these misrepresentations were false and misleading and resulted in the artificial inflation of Tellabs’ stock price.
