These companion matters, which are separate but related phases of the same case, are here on appeal 1 from judgments rendered in the Superior Court for the judicial district of Fairfield. The matters were tried separately but were consolidated on appeal. The appellant in each case is the defendant, Frances Guss. The appellee in each is her former husband, the plaintiff, Stephen H.
