This is an action for divorce in which a judgment had been entered granting the divorce to the plaintiff and awarding custody of their minor son to the defendant. The plaintiff filed two motions to modify the award. The court denied both motions and the plaintiff has appealed. The court, upon the defendant’s motion, entered an order for an allowance for counsel fees and disbursements on the plaintiff’s appeal. The plaintiff has also appealed the granting of this allowance.
