Complainant, Frank Ehling, at the age of fourteen years in the year 1913 entered the employment of one Ignatz Kulat, who operated a meat market in Jersey City. His position at the time was that of "order boy." He stated that he also drove Mr. Kulat's private car for Mr. and Mrs. Kulat.
