Annie M. Ackerman, a resident of Ridgewood, New Jersey, died on or about December 29th, 1944, leaving a last will and testament, which was duly probated. In her lifetime she executed certain trust indentures for the benefit of her heirs and next of kin, all of which are similar in form. The complainant, The Hackensack Trust Company, was designated the trustee in three of these trusts, and in the fourth trust, The Citizens Trust Company of Paterson, New Jersey, was named trustee with James T.
