The petition is for the probate of an alleged lost will of Eliza A.S. Calef, who died at her summer home in Sea Bright, New Jersey, on November 25th, 1929, at the age of seventy-nine, leaving an estate having an estimated value in excess of $300,000. The petition is filed by Frank Tennyson Neely, who is named as executor in the alleged will and who is also the residuary legatee and the chief beneficiary thereunder.
