The Plaintiffs, Liberty Curtin Concerned Parents and Sugar Valley Concerned Citizens, both unincorporated associations, filed this action against the Keystone Central School District and the School Directors alleging that the Defendants deprived them of their constitutional rights. A hearing on the issue of whether the Plaintiffs were entitled to a temporary restraining order or preliminary injunctive relief was held before the undersigned judge on August 22, 1978 and in an opinion and order dated August 25, 1978, the Court denied the .Plaintiffs’ request for…
