OPINION

HOFFMAN, Senior Judge.. Plaintiffs-Appellants James Hayden (James) and Barbara Hayden (Barbara) (collectively “the Haydens”) appeal the trial court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Defendant-Appellee Paragon Steakhouse, Inc. d/b/a Tippecanoe Place Restaurant (Paragon). 1

We affirm.

The Haydens present one issue for our review which we restate as: 'whether the trial court erred in' granting summary judgment in favor of Paragon.
