In this insurance coverage dispute, plaintiff Nationwide Mutual Fire Insurance Company (“Nationwide”) seeks a declaratory judgment that it has no duty to defend or indemnify its insureds, defendants Terry and Sharon Overstreet, or their sons, defendants Jonathan and Joel Overstreet, in an action brought against defendants by Jane Doe alleging that the sons sexually molested Jane Doe in the Overstreet home.
