POPOVICH, Judge:
The case involves an appeal from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County granting a motion for summary judgment against the plaintifi/appellant, Pennsylvania National Bank & Trust Co. We affirm.
Initially, we observe that a motion for summary judgment may be entered only if the pleadings, depositions, answers to interrogatories, and admissions on file, together with the affidavits, if any, show that there is no genuine issue of material fact and that the moving party is entitled to judgment as a matter of law.
