I. INTRODUCTION

The matter before the Court is the Motion to Dismiss, or in the Alternative, for Relief from Stay filed by Alan Milton (“Milton”). Milton seeks dismissal of this Chapter 11 case for cause pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 1112(b) and for the grounds set forth in 11 U.S.C. § 305 with respect to abstention.
