Appellants Swarez Garlington, Mark Harrison, and Marcus Harrison appeal their convictions by a Muscogee County jury of armed robbery and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime. In Case No. A04A0236, Garlington challenges the sufficiency of the evidence, the denial of his plea in bar, and several of the trial court’s evidentiary rulings. Garlington also argues that his trial counsel was ineffective.
