Jones & Harrington entered into a contract with the city of Dallas, October 26, 1915, to construct the Winnet- ka school building, in that city. The contractors were to furnish all labor, tools, and material used in the building, with certain exceptions, such as plumbing, electric wiring, etc. The contract also provided that the contractors, at the time of executing the contract should execute and deliver to the city a bond in the sum of $21,000, having thereon two or more good and sufficient sureties, one of whom should he an approved surety company, doing business in the state…
