On April 27, 1922, indictments were filed in the district court of the eleventh judicial district for Cassia county charging petitioners with certain felonies under the banking laws of this state, and petitioners have applied to this court for a writ of prohibition commanding Honorable B. S. Varian, the district judge presiding in said county at the time of the return of said indictments, to desist and refrain from any further proceedings under said indictments.
