Plaintiff, Quality Tubing, Inc., alleges that defendants, Precision Tube Holdings Corp., Precision Tube Technology, Inc., and Precision Tube Technology, Ltd. (collectively “Precision Tube”), infringed two patents and breached the terms of a license agreement. Quality Tubing seeks a preliminary injunction to prevent Precision Tube from manufacturing coiled tubing potentially covered by Quality Tubing’s patents.
