The principal question presented is whether an order of the State Corporation Commission authorizing a railroad Company to dualize 24 of its agency stations whereby one agent will serve two stations instead of one, is reasonable and lawful. The district court sustained the order, and eleven protesting cities and affected patrons and organizations have appealed.
