This was an action to partition 960 acres of real estate in Norton County. The parties were the heirs at law of Charles Lincoln Cooley, deceased, and children of deceased heirs at law. Pearl Brent, a daughter, was plaintiff and is the appellee. Alda McDonald, a daughter, was the only defendant who made any defense, and is the appellant. There was no dispute as to the interests of the other parties defendant.
