The plaintiffs commenced an action to recover a judgment against the defendant for $2,849.60 alleged to have been converted. The trial court rendered >ai judgment in favor of the defendant and the plaintiffs have appealed. The trial court, according to the appellants, made two errors. The first alleged error is that it received oral evidence to vary the terms of a written instrument, and the second error is that one of the principal findings is not supported by the evidence.
