J. M. Slaughter sued the Highway Motor Freight Lines, `the Commercial Standard Insurance Company, and the Lloyds American Insurance Company, domestic corporations. The Lloyds was dismissed; hence its connection with the suit will not be further noticed.

The action against the Highway Motor Freight Lines was for personal and property damages for injuries sustained in an automobile collision, and the Commercial Standard Insurance Company was joined by reason of its having issued a policy of insurance to the motor carrier under the provision of article 911b, § 13, Vernon's Ann.
