This is an appeal from an order of the county court at law No. 2 of Tarrant county, overruling the plea of privilege of D. D. Harris and Motor Shop, Inc., to be sued in Dallas county, the county of their residence. The plea is styled H. H. Gregory v. Henry G. Marshall et al., reciting that the defendants Harris and Motor Shop, Inc., had been cited, and that, at all times involved, the residence of these parties was in Dallas, Dallas county, Tex.
