Reagan Tucker, Benjamin Dooley, Marvin Glasgold, Livia Sappington, Ewa Kelly, and Patrick LaBorde (the "Employees"), all former employees of Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC ("Wells Fargo"), seek unpaid overtime from Wells Fargo under the Fair *394 Labor Standards Act ("FLSA") and State wage and hour laws. The Employees' employment contracts contained broad arbitration clauses governed by Missouri law.
