OPINION

SHELLEY, Judge.

Petitioner-appellant Richard J. Croft, D.D.S., a licensed dentist practicing in Scottsdale, Arizona, was disciplined by the Arizona State Board of Dental Examiners for providing inadequate orthodontic treatment to a patient. Appellant sought judicial review of the Board’s order. From a ruling of the trial court upholding the Board’s decision, appellant brings this appeal. Appellant challenges the sufficiency of the evidence supporting the Board’s ruling and the fairness of the administrative proceedings.
