This is an original proceeding to review an award of the State Industrial Commission in favor of the respondent herein.
It is contended by the petitioners that:
“The employee vas not at the time of his injury engaged in-a hazardous employment under the Workmen’s Compensation Act, and the Commission made no finding to that effect; the record shows that Harbour-Longmire-Pace Company operated a retail store in the city of Shawnee, and was not, and is not, included within the provisions of the act.”
